How quickly do I get my item?

Usually turnaround time for us to package the item and ship is 2-3 days. We will provide a tracking number upon shipment
My frame arrived damaged. What do I do?

Great question! We fully insure for the cost of the frame. Please keep all packaging including the shipped box. We will file a claim with the carrier and ask for your assistance when coordinating the inspection.
